"For 10 years, since 2012, I have invested into Nashville's FUTURE by creating the first community court in the State of TN named the MUSIC CITY COMMUNITY COURT with the mission to create initiatives that meet the victim and offender where they are. It is extremely important to look at different ways to approach alternatives to incarceration and criminal justice reform ensuring the offender takes responsibility for their actions all the while guaranteeing the victim and community are made whole with restitution."
